Key Witness In Harvery Weinstein Trial Hit By Car

A key witness against Harvey Weinstein is in hospital after being run down by a car. Dr. Barbara Ziv, a forensic psychologist, explained why Weinstein’s victims stayed friendly with him even after he raped them. Dr. Ziv’s testimony was considered crucial to the jury reaching a guilty verdict. The website Law & Crime reported Dr. Ziv’s accident “may be seen as suspicious by some, given the timing.”
