White House Trips All Over Itself Trying to Justify Biden’s Surprise One Hour Trip to Delaware

Joe Biden sparked a lot of questions on Tuesday when word came that he was flying from the White House to Delaware — to be there for only about an hour right around dinner time.

That immediately got the speculation going as to what was going on, what emergency or event would require him to go and only be there for an hour.

Biden announced to reporters that he was going to vote in the Delaware primary, but refused to explain why he hadn’t voted absentee or voted early.

He was in Delaware for the weekend, as he usually is, for his umpteenth vacation. Why didn’t he vote then on Saturday when he was there? It’s not like the primary is a surprise event that he didn’t know was coming.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre claimed that he wanted to show “the importance” of voting and to “say hello the poll workers” who are “under attack.”

What? Who is attacking poll workers? What kind of delusional madness is this? They just keep saying insane things like this and the liberal media doesn’t call it out as nutty. She didn’t provide any examples of poll workers being attacked.

The president employed two motorcades and Air Force One, which costs about $177,000 per hour to operate, for his surprise trip to participate in non-competitive primary elections.

He also stopped by his Wilmington, Del., home for about eight minutes before returning to DC.

Biden could have voted early when he was staying at his Wilmington house on Friday and Saturday — or he could have voted by mail.

“As you know, the president has a very heavy schedule. He’s the president of the United States. It worked out best for him to vote yesterday, to vote on Tuesday,” Jean-Pierre told reporters.

Jean-Pierre didn’t say what Biden was doing during apparent down time in Delaware over the weekend.

Biden arrived at his Wilmington home at 3:40 p.m. Friday — when early voting was available until 7 p.m. — and on Saturday emerged from his house only to attend church, instead of voting during the 7 a.m.-7 p.m. early voting window that day.

There was only one contested statewide Democratic primary — for state auditor.

So he spent a ton of money and put out a huge carbon footprint with his plane and motorcades because he couldn’t be bothered to do it on Saturday? What was he so occupied with doing in his home that he couldn’t take the time to go to vote for ten minutes? Of course, when he’s in Delaware they aren’t transparent about what he’s doing and who he is meeting with. Since he is there practically every weekend, he could be meeting with anyone.

Americans are trying to figure out how to pay for groceries and gas at the same time — having to deal with Bidenflation. They want us to not drive gas-driven cars anymore and he preaches to us about climate change. Meanwhile, Biden is throwing celebrations for things that don’t reduce inflation and he thinks it’s cool to fly for an hour somewhere and charge us a couple of hundred thousand dollars.

Guess “existential threat” doesn’t mean that much to him. Once again “rules for thee.”

Does that mean he also doesn’t have confidence in mail-in ballots either?
