Trudeau To Meet With Biden And Other World Leaders Friday

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will participate in a meeting hosted by the President of the United States of America, Joe Biden, according to his official itinerary.

The meeting will take place with leaders of France, Germany, Italy, Poland, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and NATO, “to discuss Ukraine,” the itinerary states.

The meeting comes just one day after Biden told NBC news that “things could go crazy quickly” in Ukraine, urging American citizens to leave the country “immediately.”

“American citizens should leave now,” he said.

“It’s not like we’re dealing with a terrorist organization. We’re dealing with one of the largest armies in the world. It’s a very different situation, and things could go crazy quickly.”

It also comes as blockades at the Ambassador Bridge that connect Detroit, Michigan and Windsor, Ontario continue to paralyze traffic and the economy.

The bridge carries over $400 million in traded goods each day.

According to CBC’s Travis Dhanraj, protestors are now letting one lane of traffic through on the Ambassador Bridge.
