SuperBowl advertisers spent piles of money this year talking down to American males and their inherent privileges. Budweiser spent millions to let us know that they power their operations with wind power. CBS spent money to let us know that girls can play football as well as the correct way to treat a mermaid in the #Metoo era.
The Washington Post topped them all in my opinion. Spending millions on a ad that lets us know the importance of a free press. The ad featured several journalists who where killed doing their jobs including The Saudi Spy Jamal Kashoggi who happened to also work for Washington Post.
