News headlines around the globe all talk about record snow fall and record cold temperatures. These records have only been recorded a very short time maybe 50 years, especially considering the earth is 4.6 billion years old. In reality when looking at the entirety of the earths history we are looking at some very normal fluctuations.
The media likes to tell the story of Global Warming and has recently renamed the scam from global warming to climate change. They had to do a re brand when scientists realized the warming aspect of global warming wasn’t happening. This happened is 2004 when CO2 levels increased but temperature stopped increasing. Biologist Thomas Huxley commented on this issue over a century ago, “The great tragedy of science — the slaying of a beautiful hypothesis by an ugly fact.”
The recent weather is a reminder that cold weather is much more dangerous than warm weather. Cold weather kills 20 times as many people as hot weather, according to an international study analyzing over 74 million deaths in 384 locations across 13 countries.
