Hotel heiress Paris Hilton was on Capitol Hill this week to lobby lawmakers regarding increased regulations on youth residential treatment facilities. She caught attention for more than just her lobbying: She went viral riding around Capitol Hill on a motorized suitcase.

“My brother in law is in DC for work and saw Paris Hilton pass by on her motorized suitcase LMAO,” an X user wrote in a social media post that garnered over 2 million views.

“Paris Hilton riding a suitcase around DC is hilarious,” an X user in Washington, D.C., wrote on Wednesday.

“I was going to make fun of her, but I couldn’t walk city blocks in those heels either,” another X user quipped.

“That’s hot,” one person said mimicking Hilton’s favorite catchphrase.

Last month, Hilton amused her TikTok fans when she rode around on the same suitcase to a remix song about President-elect Donald Trump’s son Barron Trump who was seen in a viral video as a child saying that he liked his suitcase.

Her love of riding motorized suitcases stems back to one of her reality shows when she rode around a Walmart on suitcases with her co-star Nicole Richie.

Hilton’s efforts to raise awareness of the abuse at some teenage crisis centers have been a yearslong battle of testifying before Congress and numerous congressional meetings.

The television reality star recently shared the abuse she experienced in a new documentary titled This is Paris.

Last week, the Senate passed the bill with unanimous support.

On Wednesday, Hilton achieved getting the House to pass her Stop Institutional Child Abuse Act. The bill now heads to President Joe Biden’s desk for his signature.
