Marjorie Taylor Greene Swatted; 911 Caller Was ‘Upset’ Over MTG’s Stance on ‘Transgender Youth Rights’

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) claims to have been swatted in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

“Swatting” is calling in a false police report on someone, hoping to get a SWAT team or something similar to show up, knock down doors, and basically ruin their day, or even their lives.

Last night, I was swatted just after 1 am.

I can’t express enough gratitude to my local law enforcement here in Rome, Floyd County.

More details to come.

That’s all that Greene has said so far, and the Floyd County Police Department has yet to make an official statement or respond to requests for comments.

This is a breaking item and I’ll update with more details as they become available.

Hmm: “Police say caller used a ‘computer generated voice stating that he/she was upset about Mrs. Greene’s political view on transgender youth rights.’”

A) Rome, GA police say they received a 911 call overnight about someone being shot at the home of GOP GA Rep Greene. Local police/USCP probing “swatting” incident.

“911 received a call from the suspect, claiming responsibility for the incident and explaining his/her motives.”

“They explained they were upset about Ms. Greene's stance on 'trans-gender youth's rights,' and stated they were trying to 'swat' her.”https://t.co/XdDXeTLVj1

If this is the war the left wants, this is the war the left will get. I will never stop protecting children and defending their innocence.

We have to immediately pass H.R. 8731, the Protect Children’s Innocence Act, to end the mutilation of kids. https://t.co/5DwA8sp5NS
