Anchor Maria Bartiromo is reportedly leaving Fox News Media, according to a statement from the company.
“Effective today, Maria Bartiromo is no longer with Fox News Media,” the press release reads.
“We thank Maria for her work over the last 12 ½ years and wish her all the best on her next chapter,” Fox News Media said in the release.
Few details are known about the abrupt departure.
Bartiromo’s last episode of Mornings with Maria aired Thursday morning, and “the show will transition to Mornings with FOX Business beginning tomorrow with rotating anchors,” according to the press release.

Maria Bartiromo’s Wall Street, a 30-minute show at 7 p.m. Fridays, “will shift to FBN’s Wall Street effective this week hosted by Cheryl Casone and helmed by rotating anchors thereafter,” according to the release. Additionally, Jason Chaffetz is set to host the hourlong Sunday Morning Futures at 10 a.m. Sunday, “and a new host will be announced at a later date.”
Baritromo joined Fox Business in 2013. She was honored with the 2026 Horatio Alger Award in April.
During an interview with the Washington Examiner in April, Bartiromo shared what inspired her as a female journalist.

“The most important rules are: work hard, there are no shortcuts, find something you love, and always do the right thing,” she said. “Integrity matters. Have the courage to follow the truth and not the crowds. It doesn’t matter what the crowds say.”
