The family of Virginia Giuffre, the late trafficking victim of Jeffrey Epstein, is celebrating the ultimate downfall of the prince she accused of assaulting her.

Prince Andrew, who Giuffre publicly claimed had sex with her on Little St. James Island when she was 17, has been stripped of all titles, peerages, and privileges by his brother, King Charles III.

“Today, she declares a victory,” Giuffre’s family said, according to the Guardian, adding that she “brought down a British prince with her truth and extraordinary courage.”

Giuffre filed a lawsuit against Andrew in 2021 that ended in a settlement for an undisclosed amount in 2022.

Andrew stepped away from his role as a senior royal amid the public spectacle but maintains that he did not have sex with Giuffre. In fact, the now-former royal claims to have never met Giuffre.

Sky Roberts, Giuffre’s brother, told the BBC that his sister’s public campaign culminating in the king’s decision would have made her proud.

“She’d be so proud,” Roberts said. “He’s just Andrew. He’s no longer a prince. She is celebrating from the heavens right now, saying, ‘I did it.’ This normal girl from a normal family has taken down the prince.”

“We are so proud of her, her survivors are proud of her, her sisters,” Roberts continued.
”This is a moment that is unprecedented in history.”

Andrew will now reside at private lodgings on the Sandringham estate owned by the Windsor family.

His two daughters, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, will keep their titles.

“It is surreal that she’s not here, and that she didn’t get a chance to see this in her lifetime,” Amanda Roberts, the wife of Sky Roberts, told the BBC. “But it’s amazing, and everything she fought for was not in vain. And it truly is a moment for her and all survivors.”

Giuffre died in Neergabby, Australia, earlier this year in a case that investigators ruled a suicide. The mother of three had been living there with her husband and children prior to Epstein’s arrest in 2019.

Her memoir, Nobody’s Girl, was published posthumously on Oct. 21. It was the first insights from Giuffre offered since the settlement and recounted three alleged sexual encounters with the British royal.

On one occasion, Epstein and eight other girls who “appeared to be under the age of 18” were involved.

Andrew, who will now be known by the civilian name Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, has additionally been stripped of access to properties and resources.

“These censures are deemed necessary, notwithstanding the fact that he continues to deny the allegations against him,” reads a statement from Buckingham Palace announcing the stripping of Andrew’s titles. “Their Majesties wish to make clear that their thoughts and utmost sympathies have been, and will remain with, the victims and survivors of any and all forms of abuse.”

Epstein, the alleged ringleader of the sexual abuse cabal believed to be made up of some of the world’s most powerful elites, died in his cell at a New York jail while awaiting trial on federal charges of sex trafficking.

His death was ruled a suicide, but unusual factors, including malfunctioning security cameras and an allegedly sleeping watchman, have led to widespread speculation of foul play.

PRINCE ANDREW TO BE EVICTED FROM WINDSOR RESIDENCE AND STRIPPED OF ROYAL TITLES

Ghislaine Maxwell, who served as Epstein’s procurer of young girls and encouraged their sexual abuse, remains at the Federal Prison Camp in Bryan, Texas, after being convicted for participating in the sex trafficking of minors and other related charges.

She has indicated through lawyers that she is willing to testify in front of Congress regarding the Epstein sex trafficking conspiracy but demands strict legal protections to do so.
