The Late Show with Stephen Colbert shared a TikTok video on Sunday of all of their top guests last week from the Democratic National Convention, and the video is being criticized as “cringe.”

“What did I just watch?” conservative influencer Chaya Raichik asked on her “Libs of TikTok” X account.

The social media video features former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, actress Julia Louis-Dreyfus, former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), and Laura Benanti, an impersonator of former first lady Melania Trump, in a montage of their fists pounding to the beat of the iconic song “We Will Rock You” by the band Queen.

“The purest distilled nuclear grade Cringe,” national security expert Jim Hanson wrote on his X account.

“An overload of cringe,” another person wrote on X.

“Is this supposed to make us forget about inflation?” one social media user asked.

“I love the policy positions expressed in this video. These politicians are so insightful,” another social media user snarked on Colbert’s TikTok post.

Some of Colbert’s fans, meanwhile, cheered on the video.

“This week’s shows brought me SO MUCH JOY!!!!” a fan said on Meta’s Facebook post of the video.

“So good to see Hillary get the love she deserved for so long,” one person wrote on Facebook.

Colbert’s show aired four nights of live shows from Chicago following the Democratic National Convention’s programming each night.

The show also posted another montage of the special guests celebrating last week’s “Femininomenon.”

The guest lineup for Colbert took their turns celebrating the Democratic presidential ticket and taking shots at their Republican rivals.

“Living in a Midwestern state is not the same as living out Midwestern values,” Buttigieg told Colbert during one show as he slammed Trump’s running mate Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH).

The transportation secretary added: “When I think about Midwestern values, I think about humility, decency, honesty, and the Trump-Vance campaign is almost extravagantly the opposite of all of those things.”

Ocasio-Cortez weighed in on Walz’s masculinity while speaking to Colbert in Chicago.

“I think the Trump-Vance ticket think they have a monopoly over masculinity. And Walz is kind of showing up — he’s a football coach. He was the head of the Gay-Straight Alliance as the football coach. And he’s like, actually, this stuff is weird,” the “Squad” member told Colbert. “He’s showing another way to be an upright man in America.”

Former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton touted how “electrifying” the DNC audience was the first night, and she admitted it was “shocking” that President Joe Biden gave up running for president.
