Judges in Michigan and North Carolina rejected GOP lawsuits challenging the ability of some overseas U.S. citizens to vote. A federal judge also barred Virginia from purging names from voter rolls of noncitizens.

In addition to a robust legal team, Harris campaign said in a memo that they’ve recruited and trained poll and count observers “watching for MAGA antics and working with a national network to quickly resolve issues.”
