During his dictatorial speech yesterday trying to impose a vaccine mandate on about 100 million Americans, President Biden completely threw the Constitution under the bus. Biden attacked unvaccinated Americans and threatened governors who did not comply with his edicts.

Biden even said this wasn’t about “freedom.” He got that right — his actions aren’t about freedom — but that doesn’t change that the Constitution is. Biden doesn’t seem to understand the concepts of freedom and federalism, that he doesn’t have the power to order around the governors. While he chastises the governors, he would deny people who choose to be unvaccinated the right to a job and cause businesses, already overburdened by the pandemic, even more hardship costing more jobs.
But the many of the governors responded, letting Biden know that they would fight his edicts. At least 17 governors have already come out against it: Brian Kemp (GA), Tate Reeves (MS), Kristi Noem (SD), Kim Reynolds (IA), Doug Ducey (AZ), Kevin Stitt (OK), Greg Gianforte (MT), Henry McMaster (SC), Pete Ricketts (NE), Mike Parson (MO), Kay Ivey (AL), Brad Little (ID), Asa Hutchinson (AR), Bill Lee (TN), Greg Abbott (TX), Mark Gordon (WY) and Ron DeSantis (FL).

The RNC is also saying that they will file suit against Biden’s edict once it formally drops.

The Biden Administration previously declared it was “not the role of the government” and they wouldn’t be imposing mandates. So they’re even going back on what they just said in July.
If we didn’t have the Republican governors, we’d probably be a lot closer along to Australia at this point. But Biden and the Democrats have made it clear they won’t stop. There needs to be a line drawn in the sand now and this is it. Every Republican, heck, every American who believes in freedom has to be on board with this now. That means the Congressional Republican leaders also have to be kicked out of their complacency and stand up now.
