Those were found at St. Agnes School in Flint.

Mid-Michigan NOW reached out to Flint Community Schools and received this statement from Superintendent Derrick Lopez:

“There was an agreement with the Flint PAL to use the facility for athletics. The water that is there was property of the PAL. All activities at the site, including any donations, would have been coordinated by PAL for the program’s operating purposes. The Flint Community Schools District was not the recipient of the water bottles at the site. The district is working to ensure the organization has a plan for use and distribution of the water.”
